2018 Art for the Sangres a success thanks to many

San Isabel Land Protection Trust would like to thank all who contributed to the success of the 2018 Art for the Sangres – our talented artists, hard-working volunteers and generous sponsors and patrons.

Special thanks to Donna and Ralph Hood, who – helped by our volunteers and their crew – transformed their refurbished barn at A Painted View Ranch into a fine art exhibit space prized by artists and art lovers alike. We also are indebted to Dianne Whalen for her tireless leadership of this event.

Proceeds from Art for the Sangres, San Isabel’s largest fundraiser, are multiplied by diverse partnerships working to ensure our region forever remains a beautiful and wild landscape with a strong agricultural foundation and vibrant, healthy communities. Our work with willing private landowners protects working wildlands, water resources, wildlife habitat and scenic open spaces in Custer, Fremont, Huerfano and Pueblo counties.

Protecting the landscape, scenic beauty, water and wildlife that make our part of Colorado the special place it is requires commitment, resources and community backing. Your support of San Isabel and Art for the Sangres makes that possible.
